- Local Pickup: For our valued local customers in Pikeville, Tennessee, we provide FREE local pickup as an option during checkout. Simply choose this option, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
- Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within the standard shipping time frame for your area.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns Eligibility: If you wish to make a return, please request it and postmark the item(s) back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
